Shipping Policy

Soulfully Sweet Co. prioritizes a smooth shopping experience
by processing orders within 1-2 days of purchase. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery via Canada Post, although times may vary during holidays or peak seasons. Currently, shipping is available only within Canada, and local pickup can be arranged. Customers will receive an email with tracking details after shipment. Please ensure the shipping address is correct, as the company is not responsible for lost or delayed packages

Local Pick Up

Local customers can choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. Once ready, you'll receive an email to coordinate pickup in Rosalind, AB.

Returns & Exchange Policy

All sale items are final and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. For full-priced items, returns and exchanges are
accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Customers must contact the company to initiate returns, and they are responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued for approved returns, while exchanges depend on item availability and will be processed within 5 business days.

Refund Policy

Soulfully Sweet Co. does not offer refunds for any items, including sale items. Instead, store credit will be issued for returned full-priced items, following inspection and approval.

Damages

Customers should inspect their items upon receipt. If any
defects or damages are found, they should contact the company immediately for assistance. Damaged items will be eligible for store credit. Provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
