Refund Policy
Soulfully Sweet Co. does not offer refunds for any items, including sale items. Instead, store credit will be issued for returned full-priced items, following inspection and approval.
Damages
Customers should inspect their items upon receipt. If any
defects or damages are found, they should contact the company immediately for assistance. Damaged items will be eligible for store credit. Provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
