Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

At Soulfully Sweet Co. We work hard to get your orders out right away; 1-2 days from the order date. We ask that you allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive (depending on the shipping option you selected), we cannot guarantee arrival times.

Please note that your order is shipped via Canada post. These shipping times may vary due to statutory holidays and peak times. 

Once your item(s) has been shipped you will receive a detailed email regarding your parcel(s). Tracking information may take up to 48 hours and will be sent via email. 

Soulfully Sweet Co. is currently only shipping in Alberta and does not ship internationally. 

We ask you to review your shipping address and ensure that it is entered correctly. Soulfully Sweet Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages in the shipping process.

Local Pick Up

If you live locally and would like to pick up your order in person, please select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
Once your order is ready, we will notify you by email.

Soulfully Sweet Co will contact you via email to arrange a pickup time and specific location in Rosalind, AB. 

Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any sale items. All items on sale are final sale and will not be eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Sale items include; holiday sales, promotional sales, giveaways, discount codes, and markdowns. Returns and Exchanges only apply to full priced items. 

Returns

The sweetest products for the sweetest littles is what we are all about! If there ever is a time when the product(s) you ordered just doesn't work for your little please email taylorashlynn@soulfullysweetco.ca to start your return process.​

During this return process the requirements listed below will be revised. If you are eligible for a return you will receive a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items sent without email confirmation will not be processed and you will not receive store credit. 

- Returned within 14 days of receiving your order. 

- Proof of purchase; receipt, order number.

- Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. 

- Your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed or unused. 

- Items tags and labels must be attached and in original packaging 

Please note; you are responsible for return shipping costs. Soulfully Sweet Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages in the return shipping process. 

Exchange

To begin the process of an exchange please contact taylorashlynn@soulfullysweetco.ca

Please note we cannot guarantee the item you are wanting to exchange will be in stock in, different size or color. Please allow for 5 business days for your exchange to be processed. In order for your exchange to be accepted the following requirements must be met:​​​

- Item returned within 14 days of receiving your order. 

- Proof of purchase; receipt, order number.

 - Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. 

- Your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed or unused. 

- Items tags and labels must be attached and in original packaging 

Refund Policy

Soulfully Sweet Co. does not offer refunds we offer store credit. Refunds (store credit) do not apply to any sale items this includes; holiday sales, promotional sales, giveaways, discount codes, and markdowns. Our refund policy applies to full-priced returns and/or exchanged items.   

Your store credit will be issued once we receive your item. Store credit will be eligible after the item is inspected and approved. Once approved you will receive an email regarding your store credit. 

Damages

We always make sure your item is in tip top shape before sending it your way. When you receive your item please make sure you inspect your item and contact us immediately if there is any defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If item is damaged we will issue a store credit.
