At Soulfully Sweet Co., we're dedicated to providing you with a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. That's why we prioritize processing your orders promptly, typically within 1-2 days from the date of purchase.

Once your order is on its way, we ask for your patience as it makes its journey to you. While we strive to deliver your goodies as swiftly as possible, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive, depending on the shipping option you selected during checkout.

It's important to note that our shipping partner is Canada Post. While they're known for their reliability, shipping times may vary, especially during statutory holidays and peak seasons. While we can't guarantee exact arrival times, rest assured that we're here to support you every step of the way.

Once your item(s) has been shipped you will receive a detailed email regarding your parcel(s). Tracking information may take up to 48 hours and will be sent via email. 

Soulfully Sweet Co. is currently only shipping in Alberta and does not ship internationally. 

We ask you to review your shipping address and ensure that it is entered correctly. Soulfully Sweet Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages in the shipping process.

Local Pick Up

If you're a local customer and prefer to pick up your order in person, we've got you covered! Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we'll take care of the rest.

Once your order is prepared and ready for pickup, we'll send you an email notification. Soulfully Sweet Co. will then reach out to you via email to coordinate a convenient pickup time and provide you with the specific location details in Rosalind, AB.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Soulfully Sweet Co., we want to ensure clarity and transparency in our policies to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any sale items. All items purchased during a sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or eligible for store credit.

Sale items encompass various promotions, including holiday sales, promotional sales, giveaways, discount codes, and markdowns. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your selections during these special events, as all sale purchases are final.

However, we do offer returns and exchanges for full-priced items. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to assist you every step of the way.

Returns

At Soulfully Sweet Co., we're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. While we strive to provide the sweetest products for your little ones, we understand that there may be instances where the product doesn't quite meet your needs. In such cases, we're here to assist you with our return process.

If you find that the product(s) you ordered just doesn't work for your little one(s), please reach out to us at kendallauren@soulfullysweetco.ca to initiate the return process.

During the return process, please ensure the following requirements are met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
  • The item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or unused.
  • Ensure that all tags and labels are attached, and the item is in its original packaging.

Upon confirmation of your eligibility for a return, you'll receive a return shipping label with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that any items sent without prior email confirmation will not be processed, and you will not receive store credit.

It's important to note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, Soulfully Sweet Co. cannot be held responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages during the return shipping process.

Exchange

To initiate an exchange process, please reach out to us at kendallauren@soulfullysweetco.ca However, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the availability of the item you wish to exchange for, whether it's a different size or color.

We kindly ask for your patience as we process your exchange request, and we aim to have it completed within 5 business days.

For your exchange to be accepted, please ensure the following requirements are met:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

At Soulfully Sweet Co., we believe in providing you with options to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases. Therefore, we offer store credit instead of refunds. Please note that this store credit policy does not apply to any sale items, including holiday sales, promotional sales, giveaways, discount codes, and markdowns. Our refund policy exclusively pertains to full-priced returns and/or exchanged items.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once approved, your store credit will be issued. You will receive an email notification regarding the issuance of your store credit.

Damages

At Soulfully Sweet Co., we take pride in ensuring that every item is in perfect condition before it reaches you. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise during transit. Therefore, we kindly ask that upon receiving your item, you carefully inspect it.

Should you discover any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We're here to assist you and ensure that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved. If your item is damaged, we will issue a store credit to make things right.
